Daphne is new to Homeless Hounds, this gorgeous puppy has been lucky to bag herself a lovely foster home where she is thriving, along with Ex HH Ebony. Here’s what her foster mummy has to say about her:
Daphne is deaf. She’s very energetic pup, also very quick learner if treats involved. She’s almost toilet trained (been only 2 weeks so far). Daphne loves chewing so bones around house are essential. (On downside. It appears that she’s been kept in small areas she has a habit of running in circles around the room- stresed dog syndrome.)
Daphne likes chilling after meals and walks is essential. When overwhelmed or overexcited, being on the lead gives her a direction and she calms down and has a snooze afterwards . In her crate she likes everyone to know that she’s not too happy but is getting used to it slowly as it also is beneficial to family because if she’s left free when everybody is out- she’ll snack on available items. There for we provide plenty of bones to keep her entertained with between meals.
