Obi is a delightful 12 years young collie staffy cross who is sadly looking for a new home after the death of his owner.
Obi did grieve for several weeks after his dad’s death but thankfully he now seems to have got his old mojo back. Obi is very fit and active for his age and absolutely loves his walks. He walks really well on the lead and is good around other dogs. He does get vocal when he sees other dogs but this is out of excitement and it soon stops as the walk progresses.
Obi absolutely loves attention and is good with children. He is very sociable and enjoys human company – he is so appreciative of any attention from his humans and he would make a great companion dog. He can be left alone for periods of up to 4 hours without any issues whatsoever and is fully housetrained. Obi has lived with another dog previously and with careful introductions we feel that Obi could live with similar aged companion.
Obi settles in to a new environment fairly quickly and without any issues – he is just grateful for someone to care for him.
