Sharlee

Sharlee is a gorgeous 10‑year‑old American Cocker Spaniel with a gentle nature and a lovely zest for life. She may be in 10, but she’s still an active little lady who adores her walks and gets wonderfully excited when she knows it’s time to go out.

She is fully toilet trained, well‑mannered in the home, and happiest when she can be close to her person. Sharlee loves nothing more than curling up beside you on the sofa or snuggling on the bed, and she’ll quietly follow you around just to stay near.

Sharlee is sociable with other dogs and is currently living with another Cocker Spaniel in her foster home. She has no major health issues that we’re aware of, though she is slightly deaf — something she takes in her stride with her usual cheerful confidence.

Her foster home also includes rabbits, and Sharlee shows interest in sniffing around the hutch, but only with gentle curiosity.

Sharlee is living with two children — a 17‑year‑old girl and a 10‑year‑old boy — and has settled beautifully into family life. She has formed a particularly sweet bond with the 17‑year‑old and has chosen her bedroom as her preferred place to sleep.

Sharlee came into foster care after her previous owner sadly passed away. Despite this loss, she has shown remarkable resilience and is ready to find a new family to love.

Sharlee would suit a calm, loving home where she can enjoy gentle adventures, cosy evenings, and plenty of affection. She’s a loyal, cuddly companion who is ready to share her golden years with someone who will cherish her.
