Zeus is a fantastic natured 2 year old bulldog who is a very reluctant rehome on the part of his owners and has been due to their change of circumstances. Zeus is 32kg of pure cuddly handsomeness, he’s a big very good natured lad who has lived with children from 5 years upwards without any issues at all. However applicants should bear in mind that Zeus is a big young boy who may inadvertently knock small children over. He can be a boisterous lad but soon calms down when told.

Zeus is very dog friendly and will greet other dogs very enthusiastically- he plays very nicely with other dogs and has been used to having sleepovers at a relative’s house where there is another resident dog. Zeus can be strong on the lead if he spots something interesting but is generally very manageable, Zeus is not at all possessive around his food or toys and knows some basic commands . Zeus has never been around cats and hasn’t encountered any on his walks so we cannot say if he could live with a feline. Zeus is happy to greet people coming into the house but may initially jump up and be over friendly – he soon calms down when told. However he wouldn’t suit an environment where there may be frequent elderly visitors.

Zeus is fully house trained and can be left for 4 hours without any issues – he just settles down and plays with his toys. Applicants should note that Zeus must be fed a particular dog food in order to keep his tummy settled. It is widely available and is the Pets at Home dry Nutri Balance dry dog food.
